FAQ
How do we book a session?
My 2024 Booking Calendar is now open!! I believe in the easiest possible booking process (because I'm a busy parent, too, and basically I do everything possible from my iPhone!). Click the BOOK NOW button, choose your session type and day based on my availability. You can pay your deposit and sign the contract online, too, and then it's officially-official booked!
Why are your time slots for evening?
My favorite images are always created during the "Golden Hour" - approximately an hour before sunset. Prioritizing light and optimum location means I can do my best work for your portrait session!
How many pictures will we receive?
This depends on the amount of people involved in your photo session, outfit changes (for solo or couples' portrait sessions), but often more than 40 images for a portrait session.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 6 weeks after your session date. You can download your high resolution images from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints from a professional quality photo lab if you like!
Can I get my photos printed anywhere?
YES! You will receive your photos via online gallery with an easy download process and printing rights. I have an online store attached to your gallery which is both super easy and excellent professional printing quality. I absolutely recommend it especially for enlargements intended for wall display, but the online store is for your convenience - not required!
Do you have payment plans available?
Yes! Payment terms can be flexible, with monthly payment plans available and the balance paid before final gallery delivery. I am also open to alternate payment methods, such as bartering. I believe that portrait sessions are important & valuable and aim to make them as accessible as possible.
Will my photos be posted online?
I would LOVE to share your photos on social media, but only with your permission! You absolutely can opt out if you would like. As a general rule, I do not share names of minor children.
I don't know about a portrait session. "My family/group is non-traditional," "we've lost someone" or "it's just us two" etc.
Families come in all shapes and sizes. You don't have to fit a pattern to deserve a moment frozen in time, a memory saved in your best light, or a portrait to cherish! You are worth capturing and I would be honored to capture you and your loved one(s). And you definitely won't regret it!
